Use the ifFrameLoaded(goto thing. I'm not sure exactly what it says off the top of my head. It should say something like ifFrameLoaded,[last frame. this is a number](goTo [first frame of actual movie. also a number] You probably want a stop command on that frame too. Hope this helps.
